START OVER

I've started my self over today.
I haven't been to the gym since we were in Spain
and that's over a month ago!
I haven't felt good about myself lately, there's been
too much of a good thing, well, I don't do fast food/
candy/sugary drinks, but there's been a lot of carbs
in general.
But today I finally went back and I was happy to
discover that I haven't gained a single gram, I'm just
not as toned as I was. That makes it easier to get in
shape because I don't aim to loose any weight I just
want to tone up.
I now gonna try and cut down my carb intake until
we go to Sweden, where there's usually not a carb
free meal in sight and I can't resist my aunties home
baked goods.
I'm gonna enjoy myself because I'm home with the
people I love and we all love to eat and there's so much
food I miss 11 months a year. Food I can't even get at
IKEA's food section. ;)

Another thing I have to start over is my charity work.
I no longer have my spot in the charity shop where I
used to work, they need to give my spot away to some
unemployed person so he/she can cash in their benefit
cheque. Fair enough, this town is full to the brim with
charity shops so today I filled in an application to try
to get get a spot in my favorite charity shop.

Talking about charity shops...
I went into one of the charity shops in town to have a
quick look before I went to a meeting before the gym.
On the dress rail I spotted this dress, I instantly fell in
love with the pattern and at first I thought it was new
and as I was looking for a tag, that I couldn't find, and I
discovered that this was a handmade original. Oh joy!
And the price was like this dress sent from above, £4!!
